Special Education Parent Involvement Survey for the 2025-26 school year
Parents of school-aged children and youth with disabilities who receive special education services in Virginia are requested to complete the Virginia Department of Education’s annual Special Education Parent Involvement Survey. Complete one survey for each of your children who received special education services during the 2025-26 school year. Drive the bus! Hiring event is July 23
Want a full-time job with optional summers off or maybe part-time work with a flexible schedule? Become a bus driver for Chesterfield County Public Schools! Join us at our hiring event Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at Manchester Middle (7401 Hull Street Road). Registration is preferred.
No experience needed.
Get paid while you train for your CDL.
Starting pay is $24.15/hour or higher with experience.

Sign up now for My First School Bus program
My First School Bus helps youngsters practice riding the bus. Families whose children are registered for kindergarten or prekindergarten for the 2026-27 school year may sign up on a rolling basis through the summer. Registration opens two weeks before each event. My First School Bus is free but requires registration.

Adult education classes can help you prepare for a better job, earn your GED diploma or learn English, with supportive, flexible opportunities for those who want to improve their situations. Register online. For questions, call 804-768-6140.
