Sign up for My First School Bus program begins next week
Rising kindergartners and prekindergartners are invited to prepare for the start of school by learning about bus safety and practicing getting on and off a school bus. Reminder: Schedule immunization appointments for the upcoming school year
This summer, families should schedule immunizations for children who will enter kindergarten, seventh grade and 12th grade in the 2026-27 school year. Primary care appointments are booking several months out and families should schedule early to avoid the late-summer rush. If you do not have a primary care provider, there are options available to you. Learn more about vaccinations for Chesterfield County Public School students on the Virginia Department of Health website.
Aaahh!!! Real monsters!
The big imaginations at Swift Creek Elementary came to life, thanks to a partnership project with Capital One. Students created drawings and stories of their own monsters and a team of professional artists crafted amazing models, posters and more of the kids’ creations.
