Custodial staff members of Chesterfield County Public Schools gathered June 11-12 for their annual expo. The event is a time for them to come together to finish the previous school year and start preparing for the next one.
Award presentations were a highlight of the expo. Kenneth Jackson of Robious Middle won the Day Porter of the Year Award and a custom championship belt.

The Cleanest School of the Year Award went to Matoaca High School.

The expo began with remarks by Chief Operations Officer Dr. Reid Wodicka, who thanked attendees for their work to provide safe, welcoming environments that make a difference for all students and staff members. The expo also included information about resources available to staff members, updates on procedures and opportunities to win door prizes.
