Field day is an enduring, end-of-the-year tradition for elementary schools, and this year’s field day at Hopkins Elementary was especially wonderful. How could it not be with all of the plate spinning, parachute raising, bike riding, costume wearing, three-legged racing, indoor sliding and other smile-making fun?
