Career day at Jacobs Road Elementary included parents and community members sharing about jobs that included CEO, dental hygienist, firefighter, musician and more. The speakers talked about what they do each day and why they love their jobs. Career day helped students see the connection between school and work and exposed them to new career possibilities.
