Fee Guide
The Tech Center provides many programs that require specific tools and equipment. The listed fees and charges ensure students are provided a quality experience.
Paying Online: You may pay online with a Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card at http://osp.osmsinc.com/chesterfieldva Please select your student’s designated Tech Center Campus then select the fees and charges listed for the appropriate program. A service fee will be applied.
Paying In Person: You may pay with cash or check. Fees can only be collected at the campus your student attends. Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSO’s) must be paid with a separate check. If paying by check, pay to the order of either “CCTC at Courthouse” or “CCTC at Hull” depending on the location of your student’s program. On Thursday, August 17th (Orientation Day) from 8am to 2pm, fees will be collected at each campus and will also be collected in person on Monday, August 21nd from 9am to 1pm at each campus.
All fees and charges are due no later than September 8th with the exception of Cosmetology kits as specified in the information previously provided to families.
Any student participating in outside experiences related to their program including clinicals and other work based learning experiences are required to have personal health insurance. If the student is not currently insured, please see the K.12 School Insurance option below.

Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO’s)
At the high school level, career and technical student organization (CTSO) activities are required in all CTE courses. Schools shall have an active CTSO chapter (membership affiliation with the state and national organization) for each CTE instructor to the respective state and national organization. Students are required to join the local, state, and national organization if they plan to compete beyond the classroom level in a CTSO leadership or skill competition, serve in a chapter leadership role, or seek leadership roles in state or national organizations.

Note – there are limited CTSO leadership or skill competitions available for middle school students to participate/compete in.
