Preparing for Your Registration Appointment
Registration Steps
Step 1: Pre-register Online
New Families (to CCPS): Encouraged to complete online pre-registration on the CCPS website.
Step 2: Complete Forms
Complete the PDF Student Registration Form (available online at PDF Student Registration Form).
Paper copies are also available during your appointment.
Step 3: Bring Required Documents!
Please bring the following required documents (a complete list is available on the CCPS website):
Proof of Residency
Parent/guardian photo ID
Birth certificate
Immunization record
School entrance physical
Any other applicable documents
Form Submission Options

Bring TO appointment: Bring paper copies with you (we'll happily make copies!)
