Student Council Association (SCA)

What is SCA? SCA stands for Student Council Association. It’s a leadership organization that gives students a voice and opportunity to take part in what their school does. Students that participate in SCA put forth their ideas on how to improve the school atmosphere through encouraging student involvement and school spirit.

What does the SCA do? SCA is most popular for planning school-wide activities, including social events, community projects, helping people in need, and school reform. In the past, Midlo SCA has helped plan homecoming events, MidGlo, Strike Out Cancer, end-of-the-year school picnic, the 2021 PROMenade, plus more!

Time commitments vary. Meetings will be announced via Canvas page and typically last 30 minutes. Event preparation (ex. homecoming) may be a longer commitment.
